Common use of Additional Storage Clause in Contracts

Additional Storage. The right to additional storage space is not included in the Base Rent charged pursuant to paragraph 3. Tenant shall store only personal property that Tenant owns, and shall not store property that is claimed by another, or in which another has any right, title, or interest. Tenant shall not store any improperly packaged food or perishable goods, flammable materials, explosives, or other dangerous or hazardous material. Tenant shall pay for, and be responsible for, the clean up of any contamination caused by ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s use of the storage area.
