Common use of Additional Storage Capacity Clause in Contracts

Additional Storage Capacity. At such time after the date of this Agreement as any of the storage wel▇▇ ▇▇ any portion thereof identified in Exhibit B-2 are developed and placed into commercial operation by Seller, such Storage Well(s) will be included in this Agreement and the fees established in Sections 3.1 and 3.2 shall be adjusted as negotiated by the Parties for the increased volume of storage capacity purchased, and Schedule 3.1 and Exhibits A and B hereto shall be revised accordingly to include any new storage wel▇▇ ▇▇d to include such additional storage capacity as Allotted Storage Capacity and Additional Storage Capacity hereunder. All -4- 5 changes required pursuant to this Section 3.6 shall be reduced to writing, signed by the Parties and attached as one or more amendments to this Agreement.
