Common use of Additional Spacecraft Clause in Contracts

Additional Spacecraft. Each of the Supplier and the Borrower confirm that, as of the date of this Deed, the Borrower has not exercised the option to order from the Supplier up to eighteen (18) additional recurring Spacecraft (as such term is defined in the Thales Secured Agreement) pursuant to Article 29(B) (Options) of the Thales Secured Agreement.
