Additional Space Rent. The following definition of "Second Additional Space Rent" is added to the Lease as Xxxxxxxxx 0, Xxxxxxx (xxx):
Additional Space Rent. Commencing on January 1, 2000, and on the first day of each calendar month thereafter during the course of the tenancy with respect to the Additional Space, Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Base Rent an amount equal to $5,873.38 instead of $4,585.35.

Additional Space Rent. Commencing on the Commencement Date, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord rent for the Additional Space in the amount of One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand, Seven Hundred thirty-four and 50/100 US Dollars ($185,734.50). Said rent shall be paid in the same manner and at the same time as provided for the payment of rent in the Lease and Landlord shall have the same remedies for non-payment of such rent as provided for therein. Additional Space Rent. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Landlord does not provide Tenant with the early entry described above in Paragraph 5 of this Amendment on or before July 15, 2010, Landlord agrees that the Additional Space Rent Commencement Date shall be extended on a per diem basis for each day past July 15, 2010, that Landlord does not permit such early entry. In such event, however, all other dates referenced in the above table shall remain the same.
Additional Space Rent. Tenant's obligation to pay the Additional Space Rent and any adjustment thereof as expressed in this Agreement shall have no effect on the Base Rent and any adjustment thereof pursuant to the Lease with respect to the Existing Premises.
Additional Space Rent. The definition for "Additional Space Rent" in the Second Amendment to Lease in paragraph 2, section (vii), is hereby deleted.
Additional Space Rent. From and after the Additional Space Rent Commencement Date, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord monthly base rent for the Additional Space in the amount of $6,009.40 per month (the “Additional Space Rent”). The monthly Additional Space Rent otherwise due and payable on May 1, 2013 shall be paid to Landlord upon the mutual execution and delivery of this Amendment, and the subsequent Additional Space Rent shall not be due and payable until June 1, 2013. The monthly Additional Space Rent shall be payable in the manner provided for in the Original Lease.
Additional Space Rent. Beginning on the Additional Space Commencement --------------------- Date and for the duration of the Additional Space Term, in addition to (and not in substitution for) the Rent Tenant is obligated to pay under the Lease, Tenant shall pay to Landlord Rent as follows:
Additional Space Rent. The rent payable with respect to the F-3 Additional Space (the "F-3 ADDITIONAL SPACE RENT"), which shall be paid in addition to the Basic Rent under the Lease, shall be Eighty Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Six and 40/100 Dollars ($80,546.40) annually, and shall be paid in equal monthly installments of Six Thousand Seven Hundred Twelve and 20/100 Dollars ($6,712.20) beginning on September 1, 1997 and on the first day of each month thereafter throughout the remainder of the initial Lease Term. Tenant's obligation to pay the F-3 Additional Space Rent shall have no effect on the Basic Rent pursuant to the Lease with respect to Tenant's other premises in the Project. The Rent Credit shall not apply to the F-3 Additional Space.
