Additional Solutions. Should the ISO determine that it has not received adequate regulated backstop or market- based solutions to satisfy the Reliability Need, the ISO may, in its discretion, solicit additional regulated backstop or market-based solutions. Other Developers or Transmission Owners may submit additional alternative regulated solutions for the ISO’s consideration at that time.
