Common use of Additional Signatories Clause in Contracts

Additional Signatories. As required by the terms of the Credit Agreements, Principal Subsidiaries as defined in either Credit Agreement may from time to time hereafter become parties hereto by executing and delivering to the NAT Agent and the Parent Agent a signature page to this Agreement attached to a photocopy of this Agreement as previously executed.
