Additional Servicing Activity. Thirty-five Dollars ($35.00) per Education Loan referred for such cure services, plus ten percent (10%) of all sums made eligible for reinstatement of guarantee (including principal, interest and special allowance) as a result of successful performance of the Cure Procedures required by Guarantor. (This fee shall not apply to loans that have lost their guarantee due to an error or omission of the Master Servicer.)
