Additional Services for Additional Fees Clause Samples

Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting and approving additional work, such as submitting a written request and agreeing on the scope and cost before the work begins. Its core function is to provide a clear mechanism for handling changes in project scope, ensuring both parties understand how extra work is authorized and compensated, thereby preventing disputes over unanticipated costs.
