Common use of Additional Security Deposit Clause in Contracts

Additional Security Deposit. Concurrently with Tenant’s execution and delivery to Landlord of this First Amendment, Tenant shall tender the sum of $100,000.00 (the “Additional Security Deposit”), which amount Landlord shall add to the security deposit already held by Landlord, so that Landlord shall then hold a total of $120, 508.46 as a security deposit on behalf of Tenant.

Additional Security Deposit. Concurrently with Upon Tenant’s execution and delivery to Landlord of this First Amendmenthereof, Tenant shall tender pay Landlord the sum of $100,000.00 123,000.00 (the “Additional Security Deposit”)) which is added to and becomes part of the Security Deposit, which amount Landlord shall add to the security deposit already if any, held by LandlordLandlord as provided under Section 5 of the Lease as security for payment of Rent and the performance of the other terms and conditions of the Lease by Tenant. Concurrently with Tenant’s execution and delivery to Landlord of this First Amendment, Tenant shall tender deliver the sum of $100,000.00 (the “Additional Security Deposit”)12,342.00 to Landlord, which amount Landlord sum shall add be added to the security deposit already Security Deposit presently being held by LandlordLandlord in accordance with Section 4.3 of the Lease. Concurrently with Tenant’s execution and delivery Tenant has delivered to Landlord of this First Amendment, Tenant shall tender the sum of $100,000.00 (the “Additional Security Deposit”)217,360.80 in cash or a Letter of Credit, which amount Landlord shall add has been added to and become part of the security deposit already Security Deposit held by LandlordLandlord under the terms of the Lease.
