Additional Rules and Procedures. The obligation of the Jasc Stockholders to indemnify the Corel Indemnified Parties in respect of Claims will also be subject to the following: 6.4.1 Any Claim arising as a result of a breach of a representation or warranty contained in sections 3.1 or 3.2 will be made not later than the date on which, pursuant to section 3.6, that representation or warranty terminated.
