Additional Rights in Connection. With Terminations by Employee for Good Reason or by the Company for Other than Misconduct or Disability In the event that Employee terminates his employment pursuant to Section 4.1 for Good Reason or if the Company terminates Employee's employment with the Company pursuant to Section 4.2 for other than Misconduct or a Disability, the Employee shall be entitled to the payments and benefits set forth in this Section 4.5 in addition to such other applicable rights as may be provided elsewhere in this Agreement:
