Additional Retention Period. If Executive remains an employee of Xxxxxxx or its successor throughout an additional retention period of three months following the end of the initial retention period, Xxxxxxx or its successor will pay to Executive the remaining one-half of the retention bonus as soon as practicable following the end of the additional retention period.
