Additional Restrictions on Software. Recipient acknowledges and agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇ constitutes the trade secrets and confidential information of OHA and its third party contractors, including Microsoft. Recipient further acknowledges that the software comprising ▇▇▇▇▇ may be protected by copyright law and international treaty provisions. Recipient shall not permit any person under the control of Recipient other than its authorized contractors, agents, Affiliates, and Users to access or use ▇▇▇▇▇. Recipient shall not permit any person under the control of Recipient nor permit its authorized contractors, agents, or Affiliates to attempt or actually commit any duplication, modification, adaptation, translation, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembling or creation of a derivative work based on ▇▇▇▇▇. This Agreement does not authorize Recipient or its Users to participate in any unauthorized transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit ▇▇▇▇▇.
