Additional Restitution Amount. Pursuant to the schedule set forth below and subject to the reduction specified in subsection X.B below, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall pay an Additional Restitution Amount to the Settling States listed in Exhibit N. Such funds shall be paid on the schedule set forth on Exhibit M on the Payment Date for each relevant Payment Year to such Settling States as allocated by the Settlement Fund Administrator pursuant to Exhibit N.
