Additional Restitution Amount. Pursuant to the schedule set forth below and subject to the reduction specified in subsection X.B below, Xxxxxxx shall pay an Additional Restitution Amount to the Settling States listed in Exhibit N. Such funds shall be paid on the schedule set forth on Exhibit M on the Payment Date for each relevant Payment Year to such Settling States as allocated by the Settlement Fund Administrator pursuant to Exhibit N.
