Additional resource. If the Contractor fails to fulfil an obligation incumbent upon it under this Contract by the relevant date specified in the then current Implementation Plan, then the Contractor shall arrange all such additional resources as are necessary to fulfil the said obligation as soon as practicable thereafter at no additional charge to the Purchaser.
