ADDITIONAL REQUIRED APPLICATION COMPONENTS Clause Samples
The "Additional Required Application Components" clause defines the obligation for one party, typically a licensee or developer, to include specific supplementary elements or modules when creating or distributing an application. This may involve integrating certain libraries, plug-ins, or software components that are mandated by the licensor or governing agreement. For example, a software license might require the inclusion of a particular security module or reporting tool as part of any distributed product. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all distributed applications meet minimum technical or compliance standards set by the licensor, thereby maintaining consistency, security, or interoperability across all implementations.
