Common use of Additional Remuneration Clause in Contracts

Additional Remuneration. The Directors may by resolution approve additional remuneration to any Director for services which in the opinion of the Directors go beyond the ordinary duties of a Director, and such extra remuneration shall be in addition to any remuneration provided for, by or pursuant to any other Article.

Any fees paid to a Director who is also counsel or solicitor to the Company, and such extra remuneration or otherwise serves it in a professional capacity shall be in addition to any his remuneration provided for, by or pursuant to any other Articleas a Director.
