Additional Remedies Upon Event of Default. Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default and while such Event of Default shall be continuing, the Administrative Agent shall have, in addition to all rights and remedies of a secured party under the Code or other applicable Law, and in addition to its rights under Section 6 above and under the other Loan Documents, the following rights and remedies:
