Common use of Additional Release Clause in Contracts

Additional Release. As a condition to Employee’s receipt of Severance Pay as provided for in Section 3 of this Agreement, Employee shall execute and deliver the Release attached hereto as Exhibit A to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ at the Company within twenty-one (21) days of the Last Date of Employment.
