Additional Provisions to Survive Legal Defeasance and Discharge. Section 10.2 of the Base Indenture is hereby amended to (x) delete the “and” following clause (c) and before clause (d) of such section and to replace it with “;” and (y) add the following clauses (e) and (f) to the end of such section, “(e) the rights of registration of transfer and exchange of the Notes; and (f) the rights of Holders of Notes that are beneficiaries with respect to property so deposited with the Trustee payable to all or any of them”.
