Additional Provisions Concerning the Pledged Collateral. (a) Pledgor (i) authorizes the Agent to file any financing statements required hereunder or under any other Loan Document), and any continuation statements or amendment with respect thereto, in any appropriate filing office without the signature of Pledgor and (ii) ratifies the filing of any financing statement, and any continuation statement or amendment with respect thereto, filed without the signature of Pledgor prior to the date hereof. A photocopy or other reproduction of this Agreement or any financing statement covering the Pledge Collateral or any part thereof shall be sufficient as a financing statement where permitted by law.
