Common use of Additional Providers Clause in Contracts

Additional Providers. Subject to paragraph 3(b), if Participating Practice wishes to add Providers, then Participating Practice shall inform DentaQuest of the request in writing. Such Provider may not provide services under this Agreement until Provider has been credentialed by DentaQuest. Once credentialed, a Provider will automatically become a signatory hereto and be included in the list of Providers rendering services pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
