Additional Prohibited Activities. The Trustee shall not engage in any act of self-dealing (as defined in Internal Revenue Code section 4941(d)), acquire or retain any excess business holdings (as defined in section 4943(c)) which would subject the Fund to tax under section 4943, make or retain of any investments which would subject the Fund to tax under section 4944, or make any taxable expenditures (as defined in section 4945(d)). The Trustee shall make distributions of income and principal at such time and in such manner as not to subject the trust to tax under Internal Revenue Code section 4942.
Additional Prohibited Activities. The Board may from time to time reasonably prohibit certain activities on or within the Property and such prohibition shall be final and binding on all Unit Owners, occupants, family members, invitees and guests.
Additional Prohibited Activities. Guests staying for an extended period are subject to additional restrictions, including: ● Storage of non-RV vehicles, trailers, or equipment on the site without prior written approval. ● Permanent structural modifications to the site, including fencing, decking, or landscaping.
