Common use of Additional Product Development Clause in Contracts

Additional Product Development. Pursuant to an Outbreak Notice, CEPI may request that Awardee undertake additional Product development at CEPI’s expense or undertake other activities, including the pursuit of regulatory approvals and licensure to the extent not already obtained, with the aim of addressing the needs of the Affected Territory.
