Additional Offices. The Employee agrees to serve without additional compensation, if elected or appointed thereto, as an officer in one or more offices or as a director of any subsidiary of the Company or the Bank; provided, however, the Employee shall not be required to serve in such additional offices or as a director of any subsidiary, if such service would expose him, as an individual, to adverse financial conditions.
