Common use of Additional Offices Clause in Contracts

Additional Offices. Subject to Sections 3 and 4, the Executive agrees to serve without additional compensation, if elected or appointed thereto, as a director of any of of the Company's subsidiaries and in one or more executive offices of any of the Company's subsidiaries, provided that the Executive shall receive indemnification from any such subsidiaries (to the same extent as indemnified by the Company) for serving in any and all such capacities.
