Common use of Additional Obligations; Obligations of Additional Series Clause in Contracts

Additional Obligations; Obligations of Additional Series. At any time or from time to time, the Shipowner may, with the approval of the Secretary, issue additional Obligations of any series and Stated Maturity theretofore issued or of one or more additional series, which shall (i) be in such principal amount, and (in the case of Obligations of any additional series) mature on such dates, bear interest at such rate or rates, be in such form or forms and have such other terms and provisions, as shall be set forth in a Supplemental Indenture providing for the issue thereof and (ii) be guaranteed by the United States under Title XI of the Act pursuant to a supplement to the Authorization Agreement.
