The "Additional Notifications" clause requires parties to provide extra notices or communications beyond those already specified in the agreement. c) Receiving Party will compensate Clients for ▇▇▇▇▇ caused to them by any Breach or possible Breach.
Additional Notifications. Excluding a Security Incident Notification, the content and provision of any notification, public/regulatory communication or press release concerning the Security Incident shall be solely at Customer's discretion, except as otherwise required by applicable laws.
