(a) For so long as the Investor Certificates shall be outstanding, the Seller agrees to provide Fitch with the notice provided to each Rating Agency in subsection 2.06(c)(i) and agrees to provide to Fitch and Standard and Poor's the Opinion of Counsel provided to Mxxxx'x pursuant to subsection 2.06(c)(vi), in each case in the times and the manner provided for in such subsections.
