Common use of ADDITIONAL NAMES Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL NAMES. If the Owner shall in the future offer to license any Additional Name to the Licensee, the license thereof shall be for the Term and under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, provided however, that the applicable License Fee for such domain name shall be the InterNic registration fee, payable once, without any further consideration by the Licensee. Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, any Additional Name not licensed by the Licensee, may be used, sold, hypothecated, licensed or otherwise disposed of by the Owner in any way or form, as determined in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that such use does not violate the non-competition provisions hereof.
