Common use of Additional Modules Clause in Contracts

Additional Modules. At Client's request from time to time during the Development Term (as defined in Paragraph 5), as Phase II of the Project Developer agrees, if requested, to design, develop, implement, test and launch Additional Modules subject to the fee schedule contained on Exhibit B, but only to the extent that the requests are made in accordance with the Schedule annexed hereto as Exhibit B (the "Schedule"). Additional Modules may update and expand the entire Site, but also may include new material for the original Launch Module.
