Additional Microsoft Terms. If Customer purchases a subscription to Vista, Spectrum, ProContractor Cloud, or Hosting Services as set forth in the Order, Viewpoint will host certain Microsoft software on Customer’s behalf in connection with Customer’s access to and use of the Software (“Microsoft Product”). Access to and use of the Microsoft Product is subject to and governed by the Microsoft End User License Agreement available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/legal/agreements-and-terms or at any successor website made available by Viewpoint to Customer.
