Additional Members. Additional Members may be admitted to the Company as Members of the Company with the written consent of the Member, ratification of 100% of the Board, including the Independent Managers and with prior written notice to each Rating Agency. The rights of any such additional Member shall be specified in an amendment or supplement to this Agreement executed by each current member.
