ADDITIONAL MATERIAL SOURCING. 8.1 All Additional Materials used to Manufacture a Product shall be sourced as per this Agreement unless otherwise specified in writing and with the agreement of both Strakan and Aptalis. Strakan hereby undertakes, and shall cause its Contract Manufacturer(s) to undertake, to enter into a separate quality agreement with all of its suppliers with terms consistent with the terms hereof and of the Supply Agreement. The procurement of such Additional Materials shall be pursuant to Section 2.1.5 of the Supply Agreement.

  • Promotional Material In the event that the Fund or the Investment Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Investment Adviser will install and maintain or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • Additional Products Upon satisfying the minimum order requirements above, Enrolled Affiliate may order Additional Products.

  • Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product. Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practical for changes associated with regulatory or health and safety issues.

  • Original Material The description of the material being transferred will be specified in an implementing letter.
