Common use of Additional Listing Application Clause in Contracts

Additional Listing Application. The sponsor of the Company (the “Sponsor”), PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., will be making an application on behalf of the Company to the SGX‐ST for the admission of the New SEGL Shares to Catalist of the SGX‐ST and for the listing and quotation of the New SEGL Shares on Catalist of the SGX‐ST. The Company will make the necessary announcements once the approval‐in‐principle for the listing and quotation of the New SEGL Shares has been obtained from the SGX‐ST.

Ltd., will be making an application on behalf of the Company to the SGX‐ST for the admission listing of the New SEGL Shares to Catalist of the SGX‐ST and quotation for the listing Shares and quotation of the New SEGL Warrant Shares on Catalist of the SGX‐ST. The Company will make the necessary announcements once the approval‐in‐principle for announcement upon receipt of the listing and quotation of the New SEGL Shares has been obtained notice from the SGX‐ST.
