Common use of Additional Instructions Clause in Contracts

Additional Instructions. Further information and instructions may be issued by Owner or Owner’s Representative or prepared by Owner or Owner’s Representative and transmitted to Contractor by Owner or Owner’s Representative, during the progress of the Work by means of additional detail drawings or otherwise as deemed necessary to make more clear or specific the Drawings and Specifications in the Contract Documents, when and as required by the Work. All such drawings and instructions shall be consistent with the Contract Documents, true developments thereof, and reasonably inferable therefrom.
