The Servicer shall furnish to the Owner Trustee from time to time such additional information regarding the Issuing Entity or the Basic Documents as the Owner Trustee shall reasonably request. The Servicer shall prepare, execute and deliver all certificates or other documents required to be delivered by the Issuing Entity pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 or the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
