Common use of Additional Incentive Payment Clause in Contracts

Additional Incentive Payment. To the extent allowed by law, the Board may amend this Agreement to allow for additional provisions of land, buildings, equipment, facilities, expenditures, targeted infrastructure, or improvements to the Library that would promote new or expanded business development.
