Common use of Additional Holders Clause in Contracts

Additional Holders. In the event that after the date hereof Exhibit A of either of the Purchase Agreements, as the case may be, is amended or modified to include additional persons or entities thereon, the Debtor is hereby authorized to amend Exhibit A hereto to reflect such additional persons or entities without any action of the Secured Parties.
