Common use of Additional Grantor Clause in Contracts

Additional Grantor. Each person that is required after the date hereof to become a party to this Agreement as a Grantor shall become a Grantor for all purposes of this Agreement upon execution and delivery by such person of a joinder agreement or supplement in form and substance acceptable to the Secured Party.
