Common use of Additional Fund Clause in Contracts

Additional Fund. In the event that the Fund establish one or more Portfolios, in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such Portfolio shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Fund. In the event that the Fund establish establishes one or more Portfolios, in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which it the Transfer Agent desires to have the Transfer Agent Company render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it the Transfer Agent shall so notify the Transfer Agent Company in writing, and if the Transfer Agent Company agrees in writing to provide such services, such Portfolio shall become a Portfolio hereunder.
