Additional Functionality. Licensee acknowledges that the Software may contain the capability to self-report back to Objectway Technologies any issues with the Software, the Licensee Computer and other relevant metrics ("Reported Data"). Licensee agrees that it shall not interfere with the capability of the Software to collect Reported Data and transmit the same to Objectway Technologies. In addition, Licensee acknowledges that if such capability is disabled or otherwise unavailable, Licensee may lose the ability to use other features and functionality of the Software.
