Common use of Additional Functionality Clause in Contracts

Additional Functionality. The Customer may acquire, at then-current prices and terms, additional functionality from ChristianSteven at any time subject to the payment of the module license fee and pro-rata Maintenance and Support fee to cover the period up to the date of the next Maintenance and Support renewal for the existing license. The provision of upgrades or other new versions or releases does not expand the Customer’s license rights under this Agreement unless the applicable order or schedule has been updated to include the additional functionality. This Professional Services Schedule applies to all Professional Services provided by ChristianSteven pursuant to a Statement of Work or other document. In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and this Schedule, the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement will govern unless otherwise expressly overridden by a provision contained in this Schedule. Capitalized terms used in this Schedule have the meaning assigned in the Agreement unless otherwise defined herein.
