Additional Enhancements. For In-Force Pre-1963 Industrial Weekly Substandard Non-Forfeiture Policies, the Additional Enhancement to the Policy's Face Amount at the time of the insured's death or the Policy's maturity shall be calculated, on a Policy-by-Policy basis, based upon the ratios in Exhibit L hereto. Such Additional Enhancement is designed to provide In-Force Pre-1963 Industrial Weekly Substandard Non-Forfeiture Policies with the benefit of the Company's 1963 equalization of Industrial Weekly Substandard policy non-forfeiture values.

Additional Enhancements. From time to time through and including the Warranty Period, upon the State’s express written request, Contractor shall provide up to 3,352 additional hours of professional Services related to system configuration changes, modifications, customizations, enhancements or other items that may be required by the State that are beyond the scope of the Services provided by the Contractor as otherwise described in this Agreement.
Additional Enhancements. 1. For Pre-1948 Industrial Weekly Substandard Death/Maturity Policies and Death/Maturity Pre-1963 Industrial Weekly Substandard Non-Forfeiture Policies, the Additional Enhancement shall equal the enhancement calculated for the particular Policy using the ratios set forth in Exhibit L hereto, accumulated with Interest. Such Additional Enhancement shall be designed to provide these Policies with the benefit of the Company’s 1948 and 1963 equalizations of Industrial Weekly Substandard policy amounts of insurance and non- forfeiture values.
Additional Enhancements. TCM and/or its affiliates may, in TCM’s sole discretion, perform additional enhancements to its Proprietary Network, including its Components and Development Work performed in connection with this Agreement, from time to time, provided that commercially reasonable efforts will be made by TCM to ensure the compatibility of such enhancements with the Interface and the TCM Proprietary Network. TCM shall provide Access Vendor with written notice, including specifications and acceptance criteria, for any enhancements that require corresponding enhancements to the Proprietary Network of Access Vendor (“Enhancement Notice”). Access Vendor agrees to implement the necessary enhancements and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continued compatibility of such enhancements with the Interface and the Access Vendor’s Proprietary Network, if applicable. TCM shall provide Access Vendor with support for acceptance testing as contemplated in Section 1.3 above.
Additional Enhancements. Company may develop additional enhancements at Customer’s request for Customer’s specific use, such services will be provided subject to a separately executed statement of work and may require additional fees and expenses.

  • System Enhancements State Street will provide to the Fund any enhancements to the System developed by State Street and made a part of the System; provided that State Street offer the Fund reasonable training on the enhancement. Charges for system enhancements shall be as provided in the Fee Schedule.
