Common use of Additional Educational Services Clause in Contracts

Additional Educational Services. Any other services required under federal or state law, under the Sponsorship Agreement and/or by the State Department of Education and Workforce (the ”ODEW”) and such other services as are necessary or expedient for the provision of teaching and learning at the School as agreed between Manager and the School from time to time. Manager will provide the Educational Services in accordance with the Educational Program, goals, curriculum, methods of pupil assessment, the School’s admissions policy, the School’s student recruitment policy, school calendar, school day schedule, and age and grade range of pupils to be enrolled at the School as adopted by the School and as provided for in the Sponsorship Agreement.
