Common use of Additional Easements Clause in Contracts

Additional Easements. ▇▇▇▇ and the City acknowledge that additional easements and improvements not expressly contemplated herein may be necessary in order to operate or construct the Improvements. Accordingly, the City agrees to work in good faith with ▇▇▇▇, consistent with the terms of this Agreement, to obtain such additional easements, and to allow ▇▇▇▇ to construct such additional improvements. In addition, the City agrees to cooperate in good faith with all construction to be performed by ▇▇▇▇ hereunder including, without limitation, by closing public rights-of-way as requested by ▇▇▇▇ in connection therewith.
