Additional Diversion Services. If City determines that Contractor has not maximized diversion from the services and programs contemplated under this Agreement, Contractor agrees to undertake its best reasonable efforts to implement programs and provide equipment necessary in order for City to exceed the State requirement. Additional services required by City under this Section and that are not otherwise required to be implemented under this Agreement will be implemented in accordance with Section 2.8, under which Contractor may be entitled to an adjustment in compensation.
