(a) The Servicer will deposit into the Collection Account the aggregate Advances pursuant to Sections 4.5(a), (b) and (c). The Servicer and the Seller will deposit into the Collection Account the aggregate Purchase Amounts with respect to Purchased Receivables and the Servicer will deposit into the Collection Account all amounts to be paid under Section 9.1. All such deposits with respect to a Collection Period will be made, in immediately available funds, on the Business Day preceding the Payment Date (or, with Rating Agency Confirmation, on the Payment Date) related to such Collection Period.
