Additional Costs include Sample Clauses
The 'Additional Costs include' clause defines what types of extra expenses are considered as additional costs under the agreement. It typically lists specific categories such as taxes, fees, or charges that may arise beyond the base price, and clarifies that these will be the responsibility of one of the parties, often the buyer or client. By explicitly identifying these costs, the clause helps prevent disputes over unexpected charges and ensures both parties are aware of their financial obligations, thereby promoting transparency and reducing the risk of misunderstandings.
