Additional Contract Considerations. On each Monthly Settlement Date, the Company shall owe to the Reinsurer the Reinsurer’s Quota Share of the Contract Considerations with respect to the Reinsured Contracts for the Monthly Accounting Period corresponding to such Monthly Settlement Date. Except as otherwise provided in Section 5.4, settlement of amounts owed under this Section shall be made on a net basis in accordance with Article VI.
